Investments: Encasa Information Session - WEBINAR
Please join us for this free webinar for member co-ops where you'll get a brief overview on the basics of investment for housing co-ops with Encasa Financial Inc. as the solution.
Housing co-ops have been limited in their options for the long-term investment of capital reserves by restrictions in their government operating agreements. With the end of those agreements in sight, it’s time for co-ops to think more strategically about how they invest their reserves and other available funds.
The Encasa Social Housing Investment Program is a competitive, socially responsible investment program customized for co-ops and non profit housing providers and owned and operated by the non-profit housing sector. Encasa was set up to help you maximize the returns on your capital reserves and member share capital investments in way that also factors the unique considerations of your co-op.
Attendees making decisions about their co-op’s finances will better understand what Encasa programs offers, have a chance to ask questions of Encasa and to hear questions from your co-op peers.
This is a opportunity to learn about or review the details of the Encasa program from the comfort of your home!
