2020 Compass

The 2020 Compass is a facilitated process to help your co-op achieve the first 2020 standard: a mission statement and a vision for your future, based on shared values. Members are actively involved in mapping your co-op’s future. 

A trained Compass facilitator will guide your co-op through the process at a series of board and  member meetings

The Compass will improve co-op morale, show how to make meetings fun and productive, and help you choose between competing priorities for the short and long term. It will point you in the right direction as you take up the challenge of meeting the five standards of a 2020 co-op .
