The Co-op Compass
The Co-op Compass is a facilitated process to help your co-op achieve a mission statement and a vision for your future, based on shared values. Through this process members are actively involved in mapping your co-op’s future.
A trained Compass Facilitator will guide your co-op through the process at a series of board and member meetings.
The Co-op Compass will improve co-op morale, show how to make meetings fun and productive, and help you choose between competing priorities for the short and long term. It will provide your co-op with a strong shared identity upon which to plan for a well-run, well-led co-op that offers safe, secure homes and a great community for members now and in the future.
“It got us thinking about what is important to all of us. This was a great process!”
If you're a member of CHF BC, you can access the 2020 Vision Guides on the members' only pages of this website.
