The Guide to the Co-op Act will help you understand and comply with the Co-operative Association Act (the Co-op Act) which came into force in 2001.  It explains how the Co-op Act applies to non-profit housing co-ops - everything from membership, termination of membership, shares, directors, meetings, elections, voting, auditors, records and filing to maintain a co-op's incorporation status.
