The Art of Facilitation - NEW - Fall Education Conference 2017

Knowledge of subject matter and a good agenda are powerful assets for effective meetings. But facilitation, more of an art, is knowing how to leverage group dynamics so that meeting productivity and participant satisfaction are at their peak.

Designed for those who already have experience chairing meetings, this workshop will build on that knowledge and experience to delve into the art of facilitation.

With a focus on observing interactions among participants, debriefing what happened, and strategizing next steps, get sensitized to what it means to be a good facilitator.

Workshop facilitator - Larry Birckhead
