- how to develop maintenance strategies that will make sure all parts of your co-op homes last as long as they should
- how to get a Building Condition Assessment and make a Capital Plan to replace items when they wear out
- how a forecast for the Capital Reserve Fund (also known as Replacement Reserve Fund) and financial plan can help you figure out how to pay for it all.
