Great board meetings

Great board meetings produce sound decisions and are a positive experience for directors.  If you have organized agendas, well-chaired meetings, good minutes and reports, you shouldn’t need long or frequent board meetings—once a month except in special circumstances.

You’ll learn how to use the essential elements of good board meetings to make all your meetings productive and positive.  We’ll also look at standard board calendars, board orientations and the importance of sticking to governance issues.

Finally, we’ll discuss the roles and responsibilities of individual directors in ensuring great meetings and board success.
