Housing Investment Pool), you can earn
higher interest on your co-op’s operating

accounts into one large depositor, making

Our member magazine, SCOOP, is sent to CHF BC members, keeping you
up-to-date on the latest issues important to your co-op. We also send
regular mail-outs and emails to member co-ops
with the latest
news and events about co-op housing.
As you can see, the benefits certainly outweigh the fees. Membership fees for the
2009-2010 year are $3.40 per unit per month. The CHF BC fiscal year ends on July 31st. If you have any specific member requests please feel free to call us.
