Quebec Manor Co-op

Quebec Manor received the 2002 Mary Flynn Award for Co-operation

Originally a rental apartment, residents successfully fought a 60% rent increase, then negotiated the purchase and co-op conversion of the building in 1979. Its members have been instrumental in founding CHF BC, COHO and the Land Trust.
