Paloma Housing Co-op

Paloma has a diverse, eclectic membership and is one of BC's many leaky co-ops.

According to CHF Canada's expert on leaky co-ops, "Paloma, with its estimated $1.5 million repair bill, is in the top third of BC’s leaky co-ops by cost." Paloma's work-out loan application has been approved by the Homeowner's Protection Office.
