Telephone Advice
CHF BC provides advice to members on a wide variety of issues including democratic functioning, co-op management, co-op rules, conflict resolution, finances, maintenance and the Cooperative Association Act. CHF BC handles thousands of calls a year from co-op members, staff and the general public.

Website
The CHF BC website provides online access to news, events and information for BC housing co-ops. It also helps explain housing co-ops to the general public. The co-op directory section makes it easier for people to apply to co-ops and helps BC housing co-ops maintain a healthy waiting list of applicants.
