The Commercial Services Program is a service organized and operated by CHF BC. Using the combined buying power of many co-ops, we are able to save you money and guarantee a high level of quality and service. Whether you are an occupied or developing co-op, CHF BC's Commercial Services Program will help keep your costs down and protect your budget and replacement reserves.

• We handle the hassles of product research and price negotiations for you.
• You don’t need to buy in bulk to get bulk pricing. The bulk purchase program allows you to buy what you need when you need it. All orders – large or small - are welcome.
• Your satisfaction is our priority. Contracts are reviewed annually and renewed every three years after an open tender process to ensure the best mix of price, quality and service.

What Kind of Products & Services are Available?

CHF BC will come to your co-op and make a presentation about any of the products or services in our Bulk Purchase Program.

 

Appliances:  Pacific Wholesale Appliances
Pacific Wholesale Appliances specializes in the supply and delivery of quality replacement appliances to multi-unit housing developments.  They carry a full range of major household appliances to meet your co-op’s needs including Frigidaire, Maytag and Whirlpool.  Where possible, they have featured appliances in their Core Product grouping that meet the Energy Star requirements and help to protect the environment through increased energy efficiency.  To contact Pacific Wholesale Appliances, visit their website or call 604.270.2460.

 

Countertops & Cabinets:  KBCC

KBCC can handle all of your cabinet and countertop replacement needs, whether you’re looking for melamine, laminate, thermofoil or solid wood, doing a handful of units or a complete co-op replacement. They offer a wide selection of cabinets and countertops at prices below what you would expect to pay in the retail market.

Flooring:  CD Contract Division
CD Contract Division has been CHF BC’s flooring supplier for the past six years.  Through bulk buying they are able to offer preferential prices to CHF BC members for all of their flooring needs, whether one unit or the whole co-op. 

A wide range of residential and commercial carpet, vinyl, tiles and laminate flooring products have been chosen for our Core Product group.  All products have been chosen for their quality and affordability and all carry a minimum 10-year warranty.   Whatever your budget, you can be confident that CD will provide you with the best value for your money. Junk Removal:  1-800 RID-OF-IT®   

Available to CHF BC member co-ops in the Lower Mainland and through their Vancouver Island partner 1-800 RID-OF-IT® will remove and appropriately dispose of everything from old furniture and mattresses, appliances and electronics to construction debris and garden waste. 

There’s no need to wait until you have a full load.  1-800 RID-OF-IT® will provide you with an estimate based on the amount and type of materials that you have.  They will even go into units and remove materials for you, and deliver any gently-used furniture to local charities.

Service is quick and can usually be received within a day or two of ordering.

Maintenance supplies:  RONA

CHF BC’s newest partner, offering in-store shopping or direct order options on a wide selection of products.   Discounts include best available pricing on many frequently purchased items.

Co-ops that currently have accounts will realize greater discounts across a wider selection of products.  Members not currently shopping at RONA may be surprised by the vast product selection and great service.

Waste and recycling services:  BFI Canada Inc.
BFI promises quality service to all scheduled customers within the agreed time frame at competitive prices. They also offer Recycling pick-up, Temporary Roll-off bins and extra pick-ups at your request.
