Paloma Co-op

We are located in the vibrant Commercial Drive neighbourhood, close to shopping, restaurants, parks, transit, schools, library and recreation Center. In addition to monthly housing charges, members contribute between 5 – 10 hours/month on a Paloma committee or by doing a chore. This contribution is what makes living in a housing co-operative unique, so please consider how you would like to contribute before you consider applying.
