Queens Avenue Co-op

Situated on a hillside overlooking the Fraser River in New Westminster, British Columbia, Queen’s Avenue Housing Co-op is a thirty-one unit housing co-op. The co-op was established in 1986. At present, there are between 80 – 90 people living at the co-op, ranging in age from babies to seniors. Children, teenagers and young adults are valued members of our co-op community.

Close to shopping, skytrain, schools. Heat and hot water from central boilers (cost included). Active participation is required.

We are currently accepting applications for 3 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom townhouses.

Each suite has the following:

• Appliances included: Fridge, Stove

• Full bathrooms

• Patio(s) or Balcony(ies)

• Radiant baseboard heating (from central boilers)

• 1-2 secure underground parking spots

• Hook ups for a dishwasher (dishwasher not provided)

• Hook ups for Washer/Dryer and a laundry room (Washer/Dryer not provided)

• Ample storage space in units

• On site coin operated laundry

• Small garden plot
