This is a 20-unit housing co-operative located in southwest Vancouver, on West 71st Ave. between Granville St. and Southwest Marine Drive. It is a 30-minute bus ride to Downtown Vancouver and a 10-minute bus ride to the nearest Skytrain station; bus stops are conveniently nearby.


This is a non-smoking building.

The co-op policies permit 1-2 neutered or spayed cats per unit. However, no dogs are allowed, except for assistance dogs.


Ongoing active participation in the running of the co-op is REQUIRED from ALL members. Unfortunately, there is no rental assistance/subsidy available.
