This growth is built on the commitment of you, our members. You form the backbone of CHF BC. We will continue to put our members at the center of everything we do, and we appreciate your support as we continue to unite, represent and serve you in a thriving co-operative housing movement, while we aim to build and sustain co-op housing in BC.

As we look forward into the new year and beyond, we will continue to refer to our 2025 – 2030 CHF BC strategic plan, which has now been refined with an accompanying five-year strategic plan for Community Land Trust.

Together, we will continue to grow and sustain co-op housing, making permanently affordable homes available for more British Columbians and creating strong, vibrant communities.
