The Manhattan is an over 100 year old building in a vibrant location. Our building has 44 apartments of varying sizes and configurations. We have Studios, One Bedroom and Two Bedrooms Suites. Our housing charge includes heat, hot water and electricity. None of our suites are wheelchair accessible. Subsidy is not available. Applicants need to show they are financially stable and can meet our minimum annual income thresholds of $45,000.for studio $55,000 for one and two bedrooms. Pets are allowed (2) according to policy and with approval from the Board. Members are required to be actively and regularly engaged in the governance of the co-op as well as attending General meetings and doing hall cleaning duties. Co-operative community spirit is essential.
