Aaron Webster Co-op has moved to a new building. Our old site at 1885 East Pender will be redeveloped to provide more modern and flexible homes. We now operate 31 apartments in the Community Land Trust building at 95 East 1st Avenue (where we share space with Railyard Housing Co-operative).
95 East 1st Avenue is a non-smoking building.
We are currently accepting new applications to our waiting list.

Qualified applicants might receive subsidy from CMHC through the Rental Assistance Program (also known as the Federal Community Housing Initiative – Phase 2, or FCHI-2). This support is targeted to low-income households so they can avoid paying more than a certain percentage of their incomes on housing.
