Marpole Terrace is located in the Marpole neighbourhood of South Vancouver. It sits near shopping, the Arbutus Greenway, William Mackie Park and a wide range of services. It is part of a cluster of independent housing co-ops.
Marpole Terrace operates a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. The co-op is family-oriented and aims to provide safe, well-maintained homes for people with a wide range of ages and backgrounds. Nine of its homes – six of the two-bedroom units and three of the 3-bedroom units – are adapted for people with disabilities.
