Marine Court is located in the Marpole neighbourhood of South Vancouver. It sits near shopping, the Arbutus Greenway, William Mackie Park and a wide range of services. It is part of a cluster of independent housing co-ops.

Marine Court operates a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom stacked townhomes, each with a private door outside. The co-op promotes a community of friendly people, who are committed to sharing and keeping the co-op buildings well-maintained. The co-op has a shared laundry facility and a common room for meetings and other events.
The co-op relies on involvement and participation from members. One expectation is for all members to attend the co-op’s general meetings (typically monthly). The co-op also expects members and adult residents to volunteer time to support committees or perform specific tasks.
Pets are allowed, subject to the pet policy (up to two cats or dogs). The co-op has a smoke-free policy.
