Robson Park Co-operative Housing Association is a small, diverse community of individuals and families located in Mount Pleasant at the intersection of St. George, Sophia, and 15th Avenue. It comprises 36 units, ranging in size from 1- to 3 bedrooms, across three sites. Since members share the responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the co-op, all adult members are expected to join and participate in at least one committee.

Application Information
The co-op is accepting applications for its waiting lists for all unit types beginning February 1, 2026. Those interested in becoming members should visit the co-op website: https://www.robsonparkcoop.org/ Â for further information, a downloadable application form, and a mailing and email address.
Applicants must renew their interest periodically, and if they fail to do so, their names are removed from the waiting list after two years.
