This non-profit housing co-op is a mixed-income community that has 32 units – small and large bachelor & 1 and 2 bedrooms. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, the units are not wheelchair accessible, and there is no designated street parking or a garage. No dogs or smoking allowed. Small, quiet pets are welcome. Ongoing active participation in the running of the co-op is required from all members.
