Beckley Farm is one of the smallest housing co-ops – just 12 two-bedroom units in a townhouse complex. Enthusiasm for involvement in running a co-op is a must!
Application Information
If you are interested in joining us, your family must have at least one dependent. Applicants must have a minimum income of $45,000 and there are no subsidized units available. The co-op is seeking people who are willing to share their time and be highly involved in a small co-op. Due to high volume of requests, only those applicants that appear to meet the requirements will be sent applications once a unit is coming available.
