Trout Lake Housing Co-operative

Trout Lake is a family-oriented non-profit housing co-op with two- and three-storey homes. Units feature regular-size kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting or laminate flooring, and some include a dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups. Each home offers a private sundeck or patio with sliding glass doors, along with in-unit storage. The property provides secured underground parking (one space per unit), on-site coin laundry, and a shared community room/office. Members' participation is required.
