WISHS Housing Cooperative is located in Vancouver's Greektown area. It is within walking distance from the Kitsilano Branch of the Vancouver Public Library, shops, and bus stops.Â
The co-op has only single-bedroom units and a one-person-per-unit policy.
Its mandate is to house low-income single women between the ages of 45 and 64 or younger with a disability.
The co-op is receiving applications for a 1-bedroom unit (available March 2026). Please remember, this co-op is specifically for single women, and they offer rental assistance (subsidy) to eligible members.
