Sunbridge is a wonderful family co-op located in South Vancouver. Established in 1991, Sunbridge has the advantage of a central location in South Vancouver, close to schools, parks, shopping and other family-friendly activities. Sunbridge is located near the newly constructed River District.
Conveniently close by:
- Walking trails around the River District (0.5 km) and Everett Crowley Park (200m)
- Champlaign Heights Elementary (1.3 km), annex (0.7km) and community centre (0.7 km) and James Cook Elementary (1.3 km)
- #31 and #100 bus lines that keep you easily connected to Marine Gateway, 22nd Street and Metrotown SkyTrain
- Champlain Mall (1.4km) and River District (0.5 km) which include a number of grocery stores, restaurants and gyms
All units include an underground parking space in our shared garage and storage space. As a member, you also have access to a common room for birthdays and other small gatherings if permitted. Our units come with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. A washer and dryer is allowed but to be provided as a member's expense (hook-ups are available in the units). There is no shared laundry space in the co-op.
Please note that, unfortunately, the co-op is not wheelchair accessible. All units require stairs to get into and have stairs in them.
