Consultations
We offer customized support options for co-ops. Learn more about how our expert consultants can support your co-op’s unique needs.
Chairing Co-op Meetings
One of our most popular consultation services is chairing for co-op meetings. Having an experienced, external chairperson is an effective way to make sure your next co-op meeting runs smoothly and in accordance with your co-op’s rules. Our chairing services are available as in person, online or hybrid.
Planning & Renewal
Long-term planning is critical to co-op success. To successfully plan, a co-op needs to understand its property, its finances, its legal obligations, and its members’ requirements and goals. CHF BC has a team dedicated to helping co-ops engage with planning with confidence. We’ve worked with more than 130 co-ops since we started our planning and renewal services.
Customized Support
We also offer customized support like board coaching, help with a policy review or facilitated conversations in your community. If you don’t know where to start or are looking for some guidance to see if you’re on the right path, CHF BC is there to help.
