Brow of the Hill (formerly New Westminster Co-operative Housing Association established in 1975) would like to extend a warm hello and our thanks to you for your interest in cooperative living.
The co-operative consists of an apartment complex with 28 units and 14 townhouse units that are well maintained. Our community is run by its members and every member has a say in all that happens. Participation is mandatory for all members over the age of 19 in one of our committees organized for the running of the co-operative.
One pet is welcome per household.
