Campus Residence Co-operative Association

BC's oldest student housing co-operative offers small, medium and large rooms. (There are more rooms available than the total unit count suggests.) Now a multi-generational home to students, professionals, and retirees. Each member has their own private room and access to all shared areas including the kitchen, stocked pantry, laundry room, library, TV room, bike shed, storage space, workspaces, gardens etc. All members take part in shared chores such as cooking and cleaning in order to keep the household running. Typically new members move into small rooms and have the option to move into medium and large rooms as they come available. Most years we have a couple of small rooms spaces open up.
