Common Ground Co-op, situated in Ocean Park, South Surrey, is a non-profit housing co-op. It was established 44 years ago, and it has 46 units (one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom).
Since members share the responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the co-op, all adult members are expected to contribute time to co-op tasks or committees.
The community is family-oriented, allows two pets per unit, and offers washer/dryer hookups, though it is not wheelchair accessible.
