Grandview Co-op is a community of people that share the belief that housing is central to building strong, vibrant and connected communities.
Grandview Co-op is a 19-unit housing co-op with a mix of bachelor, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. The suites are varied in style with a mix of accessible ground floor units, townhomes, apartments and studios that open out into a common courtyard and green space.
As one of the smaller housing co-ops in Vancouver, Grandview has many long term members and turnover does not happen on a regular basis.
As of September 1, 2021, the co-op is no longer accepting applications.
