Located in the River District in South Vancouver, Kinship Housing Co-op is two intimate buildings featuring 140 homes comprised of studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes.
All homes feature in-suite laundry, durable vinyl plank flooring, and access to indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including a children’s play area. The entire co-op is pet-friendly and smoke-free.
Kinship Housing Co-op is operated in partnership with Community Land Trust (CLT) and is the newest addition to the co-operative housing sector in Vancouver. Kinship will be joining two other new housing co-ops in the River District operated in partnership with CLT: Fraserview Towers Housing Co-op and Fraserview Housing Co-op.
