Marina Housing Co-operative is situated across from Molson Canada Parking Lot and is within walking distance from Creekside Park and Burrard Civic Marina. It has 63 units ranging from one to three bedrooms, with four units being wheelchair accessible. The co-op comprises singles, couples, and families of all ages. One pet/unit is allowed; unfortunately, no subsidy is available at the moment. Active participation is required from all members.
