We have a gated perimeter and underground parking. We allow one pet per unit.
Share purchases range from $786 to $1,979. Housing charges for apartments (1, 2, 3 bedroom) range from $832 to $1,267; townhouses (2, 3 bedroom) cost between $1,279 and $1,472. Applicants must meet minimum income requirements to apply for housing as subsidy is not available.
