McHardy is new six-storey housing co-operative in Vancouver operating under the Community Land Trust umbrella. McHardy offers 102 homes to members in the Renfrew-Collingwood neighbourhood in an energy-efficient Passive House building.
21 of the homes are accessible or adaptable.
This is a mixed-income co-op, with a range of rents (housing charges) designed to maintain a viable co-op while being affordable to households with a broad range of incomes.
