Pacific Heights Housing Co-operative, a 91-unit non-profit housing co-op located on Pacific Street, Vancouver, was founded in 1985. It is conveniently located near Sunset Beach, bike paths over the Burrard Bridge, False Creek Ferries, shopping centers, as well as elementary and secondary schools. Some of the on-site amenities include underground parking, bicycle storage, shared laundry facilities, a hobby room, and a children's play area. Pets are welcome.
The co-op fosters a welcoming community, so all members are expected to participate.
