Railyard is located at the corner of Quebec and 1st Avenue in southeast False Creek, close to the seawall, Science World, public transportation and a range of restaurants, shops, cafes and amenities.
The co-op is pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
The co-op is not under BC Housing's portfolio, so members cannot receive a subsidy from BC Housing. There are a number of suites (currently unavailable) at below-market rates, and housing charges are assessed annually based on household income.
