River Mist Housing Co-Op is centrally located to downtown Richmond. It is within walking distance to Richmond Centre Mall, the public library, pool, ice rink, parks, schools and public transit (buses, Canada Line).
Thirteen (13) units of this complex are allotted for subsidy. Each unit includes a working fridge and stove, and are plumbed for washers/dryers and dishwashers. The units also have their own private backyards or balconies and carport. There is limited Visitor Parking. Participation is Mandatory. Housing Charges shown are effective as of September 1, 2018.
