The Co-op is a 60-unit townhouse complex in Kamloops, consisting of eight- 2 bedroom, forty- 3 bedroom, eight – 4 bedroom and four adaptable units. Each unit is equipped with a fridge and stove.
Please note that there is a $2000 share purchase to become a member of the co-op. For any pet owners, there is a $300.00 deposit required for each pet.
