Our residential neighbourhood is close to public transit (Commercial/Broadway Skytrain and 99B Line are a five-minute walk), elementary and secondary schools, medical offices, services, athletic centres, parks, library, local grocery stores, best coffee shops in town, shopping… Everything you need is walking distance. Members of Sunrise Housing Co-operative have for mission to support a diverse, inclusive and friendly community to maintain safe and affordable housing.
