Terra Nova is a family oriented, diverse community that requires active participation.
Our units (except accessible units) are three-storey, two appliance townhouses equipped with washer & dryer hook-ups and allow for dishwasher installations at the member's expense. All units have one bathroom (except 4 bdrm units, they have two) and all units have enclosed one car garages.
Members have access to our onsite laundry facilities, common room and hockey court.
Pets are allowed by approval only and according to our Pet Policy.
We are walking distance from schools, transit, shopping, trails, dykes, a basketball court and playground.
