The co-op complex consists of 84 single-family rancher units on 7 acres of PRISTINE landscaped grounds on 84th Avenue, just east of Scott Road.
People aged 55 or older may reside in these units, provided they are appropriately housed for each unit type. The co-op takes pride in being a wheelchair-accessible, inclusive community.
Due to continued member support and volunteer efforts, the maintenance fees are currently $440.00/month. This is co-op living at its finest.
