2026 Scholarship Application Form

1. All Co-operative Housing Federation of British Columbia (CHF BC) Scholarship decisions are made by the CHF BC. These decisions are final.


2. CHF BC Scholarship funds will only be granted to students enrolled full-time, in a publicly funded Canadian college, university or approved apprentice-training program for the 2026-27 academic year.


3. If a CHF BC Scholarship recipient is already attending college or university, the scholarship will be pro-rated for the remainder of undergraduate program. For example, someone part way through a program would only be funded for the remaining years of that program.


4. CHF BC Scholarships are for undergraduate studies only.


5. There is no minimum or maximum age to apply.


6. Previous CHF BC Scholarship recipients are not eligible to apply.


7. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.


8. CHF BC Scholarship applicants must be living in a CHF BC member housing house co-operative.


9. If a CHF BC Scholarship recipient’s housing co-operative ceases to be a CHF BC member at any time during their undergraduate education, they will not be eligible for any further funds.


10. CHF BC Scholarship applicants may be contacted to attend a virtual interview.


11. Names, photographs, and submissions of CHF BC Scholarship recipients will be published on the CHF BC website.


12. CHF BC Scholarship recipients agree to participate in CHF BC functions, if attendance is requested. This includes the 2026 Spring Forum on May 24, 2026.

We will advise you of the likely consequences upon receiving written notification of withdrawal of consent.
