FIND A HOUSING
Use the filters to find co-ops that fit your household’s needs — search by location or other traits, then press apply filters. You can add your favourite co-ops to a shortlist that we can send to you by email. When you’re ready, follow up directly with co-ops on your shortlist.
CHF BC does not accept applications. And we have no role in administering co-op applications or waiting lists. We offer these listings to assist our members and provide the public with general information about co-op housing. Co-ops want applicants that are well suited to living in co-op housing and who will be the very best members. Read carefully to see if co-op housing is a good fit for you.
Non-profit co-ops have magenta markers; equity co-ops have blue markers. Filtering for “Seniors (55+)” will limit you to seeing seniors-ONLY co-ops.
Looking for an accessible unit? Some co-ops advertise accessible vacancies on a Spinal Cord Injury BC affiliated website. Need a navigator to help find an accessible home? The Right Fit Program can help match wheelchair users with accessible housing.
