Controller

We are currently seeking a Controller to join our growing team and play an integral role in the growth of our organization.  We expect our portfolio to include more than 3,500 homes in the next three years, with projects actively under development and construction. The Controller is a self-motivated accounting and finance professional who will lead, mentor and supervise the accounting team.

You will play an operational role within the department and an advisory role to the development and housing operations teams to maintain sound financial management across the organization. You will ensure that internal controls are working effectively and implement sound processes to achieve the organization’s financial goals while prudently managing risk.

You are not afraid of tackling unfamiliar challenges and enjoy collaborating with different people to come to common solutions. You are looking to leave your mark on a growing organization and enjoy thinking of creative, efficient ways to use technology.  You will also be responsible for the reliability and accuracy of all accounting information for each of the properties held by the Community Land Trust.

The ideal candidate for this position must be an organized individual with a proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize challenging workloads independently.

Senior Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations of a portfolio comprised of commercial and residential real estate, including recruiting, training and oversight of staff. Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Asset Management, the Senior Property Manager will also work in conjunction with the Finance and Development teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a high degree of initiative and will possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and be able to build trusting relationships.

Salary range is $87,125 – 102,500/annually. CLT offers a comprehensive benefits package including retirement and education allowances.
