Find Support and Guidance
Members can get support and answers to questions about co-op governance, management and community living.
Contact us through our member inquiry form or by email at members@chf.bc.ca . Our member services team will respond with thoughtful guidance and support and connect you with the information and tools you need.
We also advocate for member co-ops facing challenges like lease renewals and government funding program extensions.

CHF BC has been advancing the co-op housing option for more than 40 years. We support almost 15,000 co-op homes in thriving, successful communities.

Ninety-six percent of non-profit housing co-ops in BC belong to CHF BC, as do some equity housing co-ops, co-op management companies, and organizations.
They all support our mission to unite, represent and serve our members in a thriving co-operative housing movement.
CHF BC is a co-op too and as a member you will be encouraged to send a delegate to our meetings, elect our board of directors (or run for our board), and approve our budget and dues. Here are just some of our member-exclusive initiatives:
