Each year consultants sign a 'Standing Offer Agreement for the Supply of Education Services' . This Agreement describes the terms and conditions of providing education services as a Contractor for CHF BC.
This Standing Offer Agreement references Schedule A, Schedule B, Schedule C and Schedule D:
- Schedule A 'Request for Services'
- Schedule B 'Steps in the Process'
- Schedule C 'Invoice and Report' - Mainland workshops - Mainland consultation - Island workshops - Island consultation
- Schedule D 'Fees and Expenses'
The Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) describes itself as Canada's first online tribunal to offer dispute resolution in a timely, accessible and inexpensive manner. In May 2018, Bill 22 (Civil Resolution Tribunal Amendment Act) was introduced in the Province of British Columbia. On July 15, 2019, the CRT will hear disputes from housing co-operatives.
