All members are entitled to vote. The only time a member loses their right to vote is if that member has an unpaid call on their shares. If your co-op has Principal and Associate members, both can vote. If your co-op has joint membership either one vote is shared among all individuals in the joint membership, or each individual in the joint membership can vote. Check your Rule number 16.1
