Co-op members in the riding of Esquimalt-Juan de Fuca met with federal election candidates. On January 10, 34 co-op members from 11 Island co-ops gathered to ask how the candidates and their parties would keep co-op housing working for Canadians. Four candidates for Esquimalt-Juan de Fuca attended the event: Dr. Keith Martin, Liberal; Randall Garrison, NDP; Troy DeSouza, Conservative; and Mike Robinson, Green.
Also present was the NDP candidate for Saanich-Gulf Islands, Jennifer Burgis.
