Sunrise Co-op is located at the heart of Commercial Drive area, at the corner of Woodland Drive and East 5th Avenue, in Vancouver. Our residential neighbourhood is close to public transit (Commercial/Broadway Skytrain and 99B Line are a five-minute walk), elementary and secondary schools, medical offices, services, athletic centres, parks, library, local grocery stores, best coffee shops in town, shopping... Everything you need is walking distance. Members of Sunrise Housing Co-operative have for mission to support a diverse, inclusive and friendly community to maintain safe and affordable housing. As an enterprise that is led and governed by its members, a housing co-op is really a reflection of the actions taken by its members. And we believe that everyone has a contribution to make!
