Nova Vita Housing Co-operative was established in the early 1980's based on the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity.
It's located in North Burnaby, close to Simon Fraser University and Sperling Skytrain station and walking distance to 3 bus routes, secondary & elementary schools, Kensington Plaza, Burnaby Mountain park and golf course and daycare.
The co-op has 56 units, ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 4-bedroom townhouses. There are coin-operated laundry facilities in the co-op. One small pet per unit allowed. Secure parking. Participation mandatory.
